What are ePams?

ePamphlets, or ePams, are single issue eBooks on Leadership. Their purpose is to provide basic information on a specific issue. The concept evolved from the history where individuals and organisations would create a pamphlet to discuss their position on a single subject to influence the public. ‘Pams’ are also how the military explain knowledge.

Why use ePams?

ePams were created by 100% Leadership for three reasons. Firstly, experience showed that most fundamentals issues within the industry were disputed and normally misunderstood. Secondly, it was noted that whilst people liked the idea of eBooks, few people invested the time to read them. Also they were normally just advertisements for the author’s services.

Lastly, we realized that unless we raise the level of knowledge within the industry, we will never be able to educate people on proper leadership. Leadership in Direct Sales/Network Marketing is different than in any other environment for many reasons such as everything is based on individual performance within a TEAM setting, there is no command and control motivation, team sizes vary dramatically and leadership influence must deliver specific results.

How do I get ePams?

You must be registered for the 100% Leadership newsletter with the correct details as some will be directed to Executive Leaders and some to TEAM Leaders. Some will be sent to all.
