Leaders cannot lead without strategic analysis. As part of the 100% Leadership mission, we will be conducting research into all aspects of the Leadership function in Direct Sales / Network Marketing. Current projects are:
- Determining proper benchmarking for leadership performance
- Discovering the competence gaps in Network Marketing corporate executives
- The effectiveness of current leadership incentives and programmes
- Analyzing correct leadership payouts to maximize organisational growth and stability issues
- Determining the differences in leadership across countries, cultures and business models
- Discovering the ‘Dominant Model’ in Network Marketing [all industries eventually evolve towards one]
